Gamma has announced a partnership with CSG to fuel its growth, particularly that of its channel business.
“With CSG’s solutions, we can respond to market needs quickly to bring our customers and partners the right offering at the right time, in the channels that work best for them,”
Colin Lees, Chief Technology Officer at Gamma, said.
The UCaaS provider states that the move is part of its digital transformation strategy.
The partnership aims to enhance its customer experience, enable it to introduce new products, and adapt to evolving consumer demands more quickly.
Gamma and CSG at a Glance
Gamma has started the year with growth on the agenda.
In January of this year, Gamma expanded its portfolio of offerings by acquiring German telco STARFACE.
This not only expanded the British ISPs portfolio of UCaaS solutions, but it gave them access to a large chunk of the European market and positioned Gamma as one of the top providers of cloud seats in Germany.
Here is where CSG fits into that mission. CSG’s runs a SaaS configure, price, quote (CPQ) platform.
A CPQ is used to automate the process of generating accurate quotes for complex products or services.
Thus, it enables sales teams to configure customisable offerings based on customer requirements, calculate precise pricing by considering various factors such as discounts and pricing rules, and quickly produce professional quotes.
“As innovation accelerates, customer expectations rise, and market complexity increases,”
Sean Casey, Senior Vice President of Product Management at CSG, said.
This focus on enhancing competitiveness through new sales capabilities will help Gamma adapt more quickly to market needs in terms of pricing, thus hopefully netting more subscriptions.
“CSPs must prioritize customer-centric strategies and invest in flexible, integrated systems that accelerate time-to-market, enable real-time agility, and deliver deeper personalization,” Casey explained.
It will give Gamma the ability to offer more personalised solutions for its business customers and enable a more seamless self-service user experience.
These changes will materialise as updates to Gamma’s portal, which will simplify integration with standardised APIs and give its customers easier access to a broader set of products.
“Our mission is to deliver simple, intuitive experiences in an increasingly complex world,” said Lees.
Can CSG Do It?
CSG’s solutions have a track record of netting growth.
Already, their CPQ solutions have been utilised in everything from satellite communications companies to US grocery retailers to generate over $30 million in additional revenue.
Its work with telco Three Group Solutions boasted a 80% reduction in use of third-party vendors.
